Condicions de pagament, cancel·lacions i alteracions Un cop rebem la vostra reserva us farem arribar el número de compte per correu electrònic per tal que feu l’ingrés del 100% del pagament. El pagament garantitza la confirmació de la reserva. Cancel·lacions amb 15 dies d'antelació es retorna el 100% del pagament. Si es cancel·la entre 3 i 15 dies, no es retorna el pagament però sí que es pot canviar els dies i buscar unes noves dates. Cancel·lacions a 48h de l'arribada, no es retorna res i tampoc hi ha possibilitat de buscar unes altres dates. Les alteracions i cancel·lacions, s’han de fer per escrit via e-mail a calpapiol@gmail.com indicant el nom de la reserva, DNI i dates d’aquesta.

Condiciones de pago, cancelaciones y alteraciones Una vez recibamos su reserva le haremos llegar el número de cuenta por correo electrónico para que realice el ingreso del 100% del pago. El pago garantiza la confirmación de la reserva. Cancelaciones con 15 días de antelación se devuelve el 100% del pago. Si se cancela entre 3 y 15 días, no se devuelve el pago pero sí se puede cambiar los días y buscar nuevas fechas. Cancelaciones a 48h de la llegada, nada se devuelve y tampoco hay posibilidad de buscar otras fechas. Las alteraciones y cancelaciones, deben realizarse por escrito vía e-mail a calpapiol@gmail.com indicando el nombre de la reserva, DNI y fechas de la misma.

Payment conditions, cancellations and alterations Once we receive your reservation, we will send you the account number by email so that you can make the deposit of 100% of the payment. Payment guarantees the confirmation of the reservation. Cancellations with 15 days in advance will be refunded 100% of the payment. If canceled between 3 and 15 days, the payment will not be refunded but you can change the days and look for new dates. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, nothing will be refunded and there is no possibility of looking for other dates. Alterations and cancellations must be made in writing via email to calpapiol@gmail.com indicating the name of the reservation, ID and dates of it.

Dès réception de votre réservation, nous vous communiquerons par e-mail notre numéro de compte afin que vous puissiez effectuer le versement d'un acompte correspondant à 100 % du montant total. Ce paiement garantit la confirmation de votre réservation. Toute annulation effectuée 15 jours avant la date d'arrivée sera intégralement remboursée. En cas d'annulation entre 3 et 15 jours avant la date d'arrivée, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué, mais vous pourrez modifier vos dates. Pour toute annulation effectuée moins de 48 heures avant l'arrivée, aucun remboursement ne sera possible et il ne sera pas possible de reporter votre séjour. Toute modification ou annulation doit être effectuée par écrit, par e-mail à l'adresse calpapiol@gmail.com, en précisant le nom de la réservation, son identifiant et les dates concernées.

Zahlungsbedingungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen Sobald wir Ihre Reservierung erhalten haben, senden wir Ihnen die Kontonummer per E-Mail zu, damit Sie die Anzahlung von 100 % leisten können. Die Zahlung garantiert die Bestätigung Ihrer Reservierung. Bei Stornierungen bis 15 Tage vor Anreise erhalten Sie 100 % des Reisepreises zurück. Bei Stornierungen zwischen 3 und 15 Tagen vor Anreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, Sie können jedoch die Reisedaten ändern und nach neuen Terminen suchen. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 48 Stunden vor Anreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung und eine Umbuchung ist nicht möglich. Änderungen und Stornierungen müssen schriftlich per E-Mail an calpapiol@gmail.com unter Angabe des Namens der Reservierung, der Buchungsnummer und des Reisedatums erfolgen.
