Payment terms.
Once we receive your reservation, we will send you the account number so that you can deposit 50% of the amount of your stay. Until we receive your amount, the reservation will not be effective. 5 days before arrival you must pay the remaining amount. You can cancel up to 10 days before without cost and from this period we will not refund the 50%, as long as it is not for medical reasons or force majeure, duly justified; in these cases the full amount will be refunded.
